The wedding ceremony and the reception will both be held at Onteora Mountain House. 96 Piney Point Rd, Boiceville, NY 12412.

Please arrive for the ceremony by 3:15 pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. sharp. Immediately after the ceremony, we will host a cocktail hour before the reception/dinner. We will also host an afterpart for those who wish to keep the night going after the reception.

Immediately following the ceremony, we will be hosting a cocktail hour followed by a reception dinner. After the dinner we will be hosting an after party for those who want to keep the party going, All stages of the event will be on-site at Onteora Mountain House.

Onteora Mountain House is approximately 30 minutes from Kingston, NY and 90 minutes from Albany, NY. Driving time from New York City can vary significantly depending on traffic, but you can anticipate the following drive times: Newark Liberty Airport (EWR): 2 to 2.5 hours; LaGuardia Airport (LGA): 2 to 3 hours; Kennedy Airport (JFK): 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

There are many excellent options, but we plan to provide transportation between the venue and Courtyard Kingston. Other options in Kingston include the Residence Inn (just across the street from the Courtyard) and the Holiday Inn Express. There are also a number of lovely boutique hotels closer to the venue, including Emerson Resort & Spa, Hotel Dylan, and Shandaken Inn. The reception is scheduled to end at 9:00 pm, but we plan to keep the party going for anyone who is up for it. The after party will be on-site at Onteora Mountain House from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm. We will continue to provide shuttle service to Kingston during the after party.

Cocktail attire: We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a dress or dressy separates.
